BE PROACTIVE TO BE HIRED

Although experience and performance are important, fresh graduates should be proactive in their quest to land that first job, writes Rozana Sani.
So, you have the qualifications and you are trained for the job. But here’s something you should know if you are in the employment market: The career-for-life concept is vanishing/ Shorter tenureship is the norm for those with experience and job-seekers must not only be skilled, but have shown success in applying those skills in previous experience.
