HEDONISM MAKES MUSLIM EASY PREY FOR CHRISTIANS, SAYS HASAN ALI

KUALA LUMPUR, April 2 — Growing hedonism, materialism and liberalism among Muslims have weakened their faith and made them easy targets for Christianisation, Datuk Hasan Ali said today.

The sacked Selangor executive councillor for Islamic affairs told reporters this after screening videos of Malays who have allegedly converted to Christianity, one of whom had been involved in drugs and gangsterism before being given shelter and a paying job by a Christian group.

“This Westernisation and modernisation brings hedonism, the desire to be entertained without limits. It weakens the character and this is why it is so easy to convert them,” the former Selangor PAS chief said.

In a 16-minute “summary” video of testimonials by Malays who claim to have returned to Islam, Hasan also said hedonism is proliferating among Muslims who “instead of sleeping, go out late at night with friends. That is why we see Muslims jumping to join Christians.”

ooppss!!!....May Allah bless the muslims here and hereafter.

GUAN ENG CALLS MUHYIDDIN'S EDICATION CLAIM ‘PREPOSTEROUS'

KUALA LUMPUR, April 1 — Lim Guan Eng has ridiculed the deputy prime minister’s claim that the standard of local education is superior to that of Britain, the United States and Germany, calling the statement so “preposterous” that “even a primary school student won’t believe” it.

The Penang chief minister pointed out that while British, American and German universities are widely acknowledged to be among the best in the world, not a single Malaysian university had made it into the top 200 global rankings.

“I don’t know on what basis he is saying that our education system is better than the UK, US and Germany’s...,” he told reporters in George Town today.

“If that is the case, why are all our students going to the UK, US and Germany to study? Why is it no students from the UK, US and Germany are coming to Malaysia to study?”

ooppss!!!....Malaysia is not their choice to study, Mr CM.

HIGH COURT REJECTS BID TO STOP FELDA LISTING

KUALA LUMPUR, April 2 — The Kuantan High Court today rejected an application by eight FELDA settlers to halt the listing plans of FELDA Global Ventures Holdings (FGVH).

The settlers had last month won a temporary court order blocking the transfer of shares from their FELDA Investment Co-operative (KPF) to FGVH, a crucial step in the plan to list the plantation firm.

“The Kuantan High Court decided to reject the application made by the eight plaintiffs (KPF shareholders) at 12pm today.

“Whether or not an appeal will be filed or further action to be taken will be decided later,” FELDA Settlers Children’s Association (ANAK) chairman Mazlan Aliman told The Malaysian Insider.
