KOTA BARU: Kelantan Menteri Besar Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat agrees if PAS supporters cancel their plan to perform the Haj this year if the coming general election is held during the Haj season. However, he said, he was not issuing an official directive on this as it was up to the party top leadership to decide. He said Islam did not make it compulsory for them to perform their Haj even though they had been listed as pilgrims for this year. Akaun Anwar akaun Muhy — Aspan Alias

15 JUN — Sekarang timbul pula cerita akaun induk Anwar Ibrahim seperti yang disebut oleh Datuk Murad, bekas Naib Governor BNM. Murad berkata ini berlaku semasa Anwar Ibrahim menjadi Menteri Kewangan Malaysia dahulu. Isu ini merupakan isu yang sudah lama, dan mahkamah telah pun memberikan keputusannya yang perkara itu tidak wujud. Tetapi di dalam negara kita yang tidak wujud pun boleh diwujudkan dan yang wujud boleh di”tidakwujudkan”. Inilah agaknya konsep “Malaysia Boleh!” Semua boleh berlaku. Tetapi tidak mengapalah jika isu itu ditimbulkan kerana pilihanraya pun sudah hampir. Semuanya akan timbul. Saya pun hendak juga tahu berapa banyak wang yang ada di dalam akaun induk Anwar itu jika akaun itu benar wujud. Anwar sendiri pun bersetuju untuk membukanya tetapi kenalah ada syarat sikit. Syaratnya TS Muhy pun kenalah buka akaunnya juga. Setiausaha Agung PKR, Datuk Saifuddin Nasution, semasa berucap bersama saya di Klang baru-baru ini juga telah bersetuju untuk Anwar membuka segala-galanya dengan syarat Muhy, Najib, Hishammuddin, Khairy dan beberapa orang pemimpin BN sendiri bersetuju untuk membuka akaun masing-masing bersama dengan Anwar Ibrahim. “Once and for all” kita selesaikan isu ini serta-merta. Saya menyebut isu ini kerana cara berpolitik hari ini sangat tidak beretika terutamanya dari pihak Umno/BN. Murad jelas dipergunakan oleh setengah pihak kerana politik setengah pihak. Usaha Ganggu Kontraktor

KOTA BHARU – Belum pun pembinaan Lebuh Raya Kota Bharu-Kuala Krai bermula, timbul dakwaan terdapat usaha pihak-pihak tertentu untuk menggagalkan pembinaannya. Menjelaskan perkara itu, Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Perancangan Ekonomi, Kewangan dan Kebajikan Negeri, Datuk Husam Musa berkata, pembinaan Lebuh Raya itu masih mengikut jadual walaupun terdapat usaha untuk mengganggu kontraktor yang terlibat. Malah katanya, pihaknya juga melantik lapan juru ukur baru yang terlibat dalam proses mengenal pasti laluan setelah juru ukur yang asal diganggu. “Kontraktor yang dilantik masih lagi kuat dengan ikatan perjanjian walaupun pihak tertentu cuba untuk (hasut supaya) tidak terlibat, ini adalah satu dari cubaan tetapi semuanya masih mengikut jadual,” katanya selepas Mesyuarat Exco Kerajaan Negeri, semalam. Lebuh raya sepanjang 73 kilometer itu bertujuan menyelesaikan masalah kesesakan lalu lintas, dijangka siap dalam tempoh tiga tahun.
